Knowledge. Albert Rapoport has worked full time in mortgages for over 7 years, four of which he owned his own successful mortgage company and was the broker of record. He is proud to say that he knows every step of the mortgage origination process from processing to underwriting to closing and beyond. In fact, he possesses a vast knowledge of the rules, regs and the compliance side. This deep understanding of his profession also includes secondary market guidelines as well as pending and new laws.
Determination. Some people may say they have a strong work ethic and that they are driven. Instead, Albert prefers to let his actions speak for themselves. He graduated college in a total of 3 years and 3 months, on Deans List, while working 50+ hours per week. He earned his Bachelors Degree from the Best Public College in New Jersey according to Forbes Magazine.
Passion. Albert knows that knowledge and determination will only take someone so far. As he likes to say, I am passionate about my work and take pride in it. In order to achieve true success in mortgages, or any business for that matter, I believe one needs to have that fire inside them.
Service. Experience has taught Albert that the only true and tested way to build long term business is to offer a consistently high level of quality service. Having a clients first mentality is his secret, but its actually not much of a secret. Instead, it is a really simple formula because most people are pretty smart. They can easily tell the difference between someone that talks a good game and someone that does what he promises. There can be no gray area.
