Hello! My name is Devon Vasquez. I am a residential mortgage advisor. I’ve been originating mortgages since 2002 and have built my mortgage practice upon Ken Blanchard’s book, “Raving Fans.” The idea behind this book is to find out exactly what your clients are looking for and deliver above their expectations. That is my goal – Every client gets our BEST! What I’ve found over the years is that buying a home is the largest financial transaction one will ever make, and therefore it’s important that you understand how your decisions with your mortgage will impact your short-term and long-term financial goals.
