Jose was very professional and worked extremely hard. We had a problem with the appraisal because the appraiser that was used created a lot of issues. Jose was able to help resolve those issues. I would however like to say that Cardinal should not use whichever appraiser was contracted for my home loan as it caused a lot of headache and stress.
