My entire adult working life, prior to becoming a loan officer, had been spent in customer service oriented roles. With that background, I have always approached being a loan officer in the same manner. If you have come to expect a lack of customer service from a sales oriented then you have just been looking for your loan officer in the wrong place. My whole goal is to ensure your complete understanding of the process and the associated costs of a home purchase or refinance. Additionally, here at Cardinal Financial, I work for a company who truly puts the needs of the borrower front and center. So, between myself, and the company, you could not be in better hands.
