Our loan officer Steve Wilson is very responsive and knowledgeable. The overall experience is great. Only one downsize is that the transaction coordinator can be hard to reach when I have questions regarding documents to upload. Also octane sometime doesn’t give full description of docs that need to be submitted especially when it’s letter of explanation. It will be great if the intent for the letter is fully described in octane.

All loose ends need to be followed closer by the lender team as most borrowers aren't really working the process, just waiting on the outcome. In this case several loose items had to followed up on by the borrower. If the borrower hadn't been on top of the processes following up on the loose ends caused by you folks, the closing could have been much sooner without any extensions, costs, etc. Otherwise, all ok. thank you.
