The Lender was very easy to work with, everything was done in a timely manner. The process was very smooth sailing, and the loan was everything that I expected. From the beginning to the closing, I was very impressed at how everything went, Steve did a excellent job keeping me posted as to when the progress was moving forward. I honestly would probably never use another lender as I was so impressed at how easy everything went, overall a great experience and I am very thankful to have got it all done.

Cardinal team knows what they are doing. They are not your typical mom and pop lenders who have no idea what they are doing. - Document collection (very methodical) - Never had to repeat any document that I had sent - They parsed all the info sent - Never had to face the mood swings and BS of underwriters, they deflected all of that by front ending and cordinating the exchange of data - Closed on a complicated loan in less than 18 days (typical closing for me has always been around 30 days) - Did not have to lift a finger during the whole transactions - They answers the questions everytime we had any - They made the time to discuss everything, as opposed to the hundreds of lending clowns out there who are just in the rush to push paper.(FC lending being one of the prime examples)
