after experiencing the worst of the industry. The experience with Cardinal was very good. dealing with only one person was very good and even when a problem came up the help to get through it was the best. i have one outstanding problem and once i get through it next week the final gold star goes to the person that worked with us.

Amy Johnson was fantastic, my first lender ghosted me, Amy picked up the ball, started over and got it done in 15 days! I think it took her less than 8 clock hours to get everything to the title company. She explained everything and easily jumped over any hurdle that came up, while keeping me informed at the same time. I think she needs a promotion! …..and a raise. . She is an absolute incredible asset for Cardinal Financial, and have already recommended her to every realtor I know.
